Service Description

AIReiter provides AI image and video generation tools, access to large language model (LLM) APIs, model and API integration services, and reusable AI generation templates. Users may submit prompts and permitted reference media and download generated results. AIReiter does not provide AI music generation, voice cloning, or vocal separation services unless the applicable service page expressly states otherwise.

Due to the evolving nature of AI models, we do not guarantee perfect or expected results in every case. Technical performance may vary based on system load, input quality, and model limitations.

Account Registration

To access some features, you may need to create an account or log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

Payment and Subscription

Some features are free to use, while others require a paid subscription or credits.

  • Subscription Plans: Grant access to premium tools and usage volumes.
  • Credit System: Users can purchase credits for one-time generation tasks.
  • Billing: Charges may recur depending on your chosen plan.
  • Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds may not be offered for services already rendered unless there is a verified technical failure.

We reserve the right to change pricing or plan terms with prior notice.

User Content and Rights

You retain full ownership of content you upload to the Service, including prompts, audio files, lyrics, or any original material.

Depending on your plan:

  • Free Users: You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserves the right to display or use anonymized outputs to improve services.
  • Paid Users: You receive a non-exclusive license to use generated content for commercial purposes, subject to compliance with applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your input and use of generated content do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

  • Generating or distributing content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive
  • Uploading materials you do not have the legal right to use
  • Violating copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems
  • Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activity
  • Reselling access to the platform without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

All tools, models, interfaces, logos, and other content (excluding your uploads and generated content) are the property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these elements without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

Content Safety and Risk Controls

Content moderation and prohibited content

The Service and its AI model providers may apply automated safety controls to certain prompts, uploaded content, API requests, and generated outputs. You must not use the Service to create or distribute pornography; sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors; graphic or extreme violence; terrorism; instructions that facilitate crime; hate or harassment; fraud, phishing, malware, or money laundering; or content that violates applicable law or the privacy, personal, or intellectual-property rights of others.

Based on available safety signals, we may refuse or block a request, withhold or remove an output, temporarily block repeated rejected requests, or restrict access to the Service. Repeated attempts to bypass safeguards, or serious or repeated violations, may result in API-key disablement, account restriction, suspension, or termination.

Fraud monitoring and controls

We may review available account, API-key, payment-failure, transaction, and service-usage records for indicators of unauthorized payment, credential abuse, automated abuse, promotion or system exploitation, unusual usage, or abusive refund or chargeback activity. Payment providers may also apply their own fraud and risk controls.

Where a risk is identified, a transaction or service request may be rejected, we may request supporting information, disable an API key, restrict access, or terminate the Service. We retain relevant records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, protect the platform and its users, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We may cooperate with payment providers and competent authorities where permitted or required by law.

Refund, chargeback, and appeal process

When a generation task fails before a usable result is delivered, platform credits charged for that task are generally returned automatically. Monetary refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, verified technical failures, or paid services that were not delivered. Services that were correctly delivered and consumed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a service failure. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy and payment-provider procedures.

For an unauthorized transaction, refund request, chargeback, or appeal, contact [email protected] with the order number, transaction time, amount, reason, and relevant evidence. We may review available order, payment, usage, and delivery records and request additional information. Chargebacks are handled under card-scheme and payment-provider rules, and we may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account or service restrictions.

Reports and review

Reports of illegal content, account abuse, or mistaken blocking may be sent to [email protected]. We may review the available context, respond to the report, and request further information where necessary.

Face Swap, Deepfake, and Likeness Restrictions

AIReiter provides AI image and video generation tools, access to LLM APIs, model and API integration services, and reusable AI generation templates. AIReiter does not provide AI music generation, voice cloning, or vocal separation services unless the applicable service page expressly states otherwise.

You may upload or use a photograph, video, or other likeness of another person only with that person's permission and all rights required by applicable law. You must not upload another person's image without consent for face swapping or use the Services to create, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, identity deception, harassment, fraud, or other misleading content involving a real person.
