Each model has its own allowance, so reaching the limit on one model does not affect the others. Allowances may change.
OpenCode Go or AIReiter: which one fits you
AIReiter is the better fit when
- You want Gemini 3.8 Flash, which OpenCode Go does not offer, in the same $10 subscription as Kimi, GLM and DeepSeek.
- You switch between opencode and Claude Code and want one key for both protocols.
- You want to keep your opencode model ids and only change the provider.
- You like a fixed bill: there are no top-ups, so a limit means waiting for the window or moving to another model.
OpenCode Go is the better fit when
- You would rather top up credit than wait for a limit to reset.
- You want Claude Haiku 5.5, MiMo-V2.6-Flash, Qwen3.7 Plus or the region-limited Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor model.
- You like trying the free limited-time models OpenCode Go adds from time to time.
- You prefer a plan run by the team that builds the OpenCode agent.
OpenCode Go alternative FAQ
What is a good OpenCode Go alternative?
If you like OpenCode Go and want to keep your setup, the AIReiter Coding Plan is the closest match: the same $10 monthly price, the same opencode model ids, Kimi, GLM, MiniMax, DeepSeek and Qwen models, plus Gemini 3.8 Flash, which OpenCode Go does not offer, each with its own cap. Claude and GPT models are not on the plan.
How much does OpenCode Go cost compared with AIReiter?
OpenCode Go costs $10 a month. The AIReiter Coding Plan is $10 a month and includes $12 of credit per 5 hours, $30 per week and $60 per month, with a cap for each model.
Does OpenCode Go include Claude?
OpenCode Go now includes Claude, but only Haiku 5.5, at $15 a month. Claude models are not currently available on the AIReiter plan.
Can I keep using the opencode CLI?
Yes. Add AIReiter as a provider in opencode with our OpenAI-compatible base URL and your plan key. Model ids follow opencode naming, so your existing model settings keep working.
Can I top up on AIReiter like on OpenCode Go?
No. AIReiter has no top-ups or overage charges. When a model reaches its limit the API returns HTTP 429 until the rolling 5-hour window frees up or the weekly or monthly limit resets, and other models on the plan keep working.
Is AIReiter part of OpenCode?
No. AIReiter is an independent service with no link to OpenCode. We name OpenCode Go only to compare the two plans.
